PROCESSING METHOD

SAW CUTTING

SINSO ACP CAN BE CUT BY USING WOODWORKING OR METALWORKING SAWS. THE SUPER FINE CUTTING BLADE IS RECOMMENDED TO PREVENT EDGE RAGGED.

BENDING AND CURVING

SINSO ACP CAN BE BENT BY USING THREE-POINTED OR THREE-ROLLERED MACHINE. ALSO SINSO ACP CAN BE BRAKE FORMED FROM 0 TO 90 DEGREE BY USING HYDRAULIC BRAKE PRESS.

ROUTING

SINSO ACP CAN BE ROUTED BY USING CIRCULAR SAW WITH STANDARD BITS 90 TO 110 DEGREE. THE BOTTOM OF GROOVE IS BETTER TO BE BETWEEN 1 AND 2 MM. AND THE REMAINING PE CORE IS RECOMMENDED TO BE 0.2 MM - 0.5 MM SAME AS THE ALUMINIUM SKIN AFTER ROUTE.

WELDING

SINSO ACP EDGES CAN BE WELDED BY USING THE POLYTHYLENE ROD AND THE HOT WELDING TOOL.

PUNCHING

HOLES CAN BE MADE BY PUNCHING MACHINE.
